Ground Shipping

Standard ground shipping on Apple products is free of charge. PLEASE NOTE: Signature is required for ground delivery service on all products. Please be aware of when your package is scheduled for delivery and ensure that someone is available to accept the delivery. If someone will not be available to accept delivery, the courier will not leave the package.


Appogee is not liable for any damage, loss, or theft if someone is not present for delivery with a non-signature required shipping service.
Once your order is released for shipment, we are not able to make any modifications to the shipping method or address.

*If you suspect loss or theft, please report the missing package to us within 48 hours and file a police report. 


Free shipping may not apply to heavyweight or oversize items, shipments that require special services such as lift gate or inside delivery and/or shipments to Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping from Appogee's service center for configured or warehoused product does not qualify for free shipping. *

Most orders for product in stock will ship within 24 hours (does not apply to orders requiring freight carriers or special services). Orders must be placed by 3:00PM EST to start processing on the same day.

Orders shipped via ground service generally arrive within 2-3 business days after order processing. Orders are processed daily and shipped out Monday through Friday.

* The free ground shipping policy does not include any of the following service/delivery charges if imposed by carrier: address correction fees, accessorial fees, COD fees, delivery area surcharge, delivery detention fees, duty and tax fees, fuel surcharges, inside delivery fees, lift gate service fees, oversize or heavyweight handling fees, residential delivery fees, return/refusal fees, rural ZIP code fees, security fees, signature confirmation fees. If charged, these fees will be added to your invoice.


Expedited Shipping

Services offered include 2nd Day and Stanard Overnight.

Not all service levels are available to all ZIP codes. Not all ZIP codes within a designated service level have the same delivery commitment time.

Expedited shipping methods may carry a different shipping cut-off time than ground services.

Choosing expedited shipping will not speed up lead times on backordered items or custom builds.

The cost for expedited shipping is calculated based upon the carrier, service level, shipment weight, shipment size, shipping distance, delivery location, any special services, surcharges, and value of the order.

General Info

All applicable charges for shipping and handling will be added to your invoice.

Purchases are not applicable for In-Store pickup.

**Appogee will only process payment at the time of shipment. Some orders may be split based on available stock resulting in multiple payments on the overall invoice amount.

Appogee does not ship to PO Boxes.

 

Custom Orders

Certain upgrades selected at checkout may make Apple purchases a custom order, or CTO. Some CTOs are kept in stock and available for immediate shipment. Other CTOs are built per your specifications by Apple. Please be aware that the lead time for a CTO to be built and shipped is anywhere from 5-7 weeks. Expedited shipping is not applicable on custom builds.


Due to the nature of Custom Orders (CTO), Appleā€™s policy is that they do not allow the cancelation of custom orders once they have dropped into manufacturing.

Purchasers may request that Appogee bill their carrier account for shipping. If you request special shipping or handling, you will bear the risk of loss in transit and will be responsible for filing a claim with the carrier.

This shipping policy is subject to change at any time, without notice. A shipping address cannot be updated or changed once the CTO has been processed.

Order Tracking

Once your order is placed, you can check the status by logging in to your account and viewing "Account Dashboard" or "My Orders." Upon shipment, you will receive an email notification with tracking details, as well.

Shipments Damaged in Transit

Should an order arrive at the final destination with visible damage to the packaging, please refuse the shipment and contact your Appogee sales representative or email TopPriority@appogee.com within 24 hours with a description of the damages. Upon notification, we will promptly ship you a replacement order (dependent upon stock) and initiate a damage claim to credit the initial shipment to your account.

If a damaged shipment is accepted, please contact Appogee within 24 hours to initiate a damage claim. Please include pictures of the damaged shipment as supporting documentation and keep all packaging that the product(s) arrived in for the carrier to inspect.

Alabama Simplified Seller's Use Tax

Seller has collected the simplified sellers use tax on taxable transactions delivered into Alabama and the tax will be remitted on the customer's behalf to the Alabama Department of Revenue.
